The 1970 Dodge Challenger, in its original Hemi Orange hue, features a 416 Cubic Inch Stroker Kit with Roller Cam and Lifters, coupled with a stock 340 4 Barrel Carburetor. One of only 6,933 ever made, its heads were expertly refurbished by Buddy Hendricks Motorsports in Sanford, FL, generating over 450 Horsepower. Equipped with MSD Ignition, a Holley 670 CFM Street Avenger Carburetor, and an Edelbrock Intake Manifold, it offers exceptional performance. The transmission, a rebuilt Mopar 727 HD unit with a Shift Kit and 2800 Stall Heavy Duty Torque Converter from FTI Performance Transmissions, ensures smooth operation. With a 8 3/4 Sure Grip Rear End and 3.73 Gears, it now boasts Power Front Disc Brakes for enhanced stopping power. Its body and paint, expertly done by Barry's Body Perfect in Longwood, Florida in November 2018, provide a striking appearance. Featuring a new interior with Dakota Digital Gauges and full Dynamat insulation, this Challenger is designed for both driving pleasure and exhibition.
